The Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'When you come to your bed, perform wudu (ablution) as you perform wudu for prayer. Then lie on your right side and say: O Allah, I submit myself to You. I entrust my affairs to You. I turn to You with full love and fear. There is no refuge except in You. I believe in the book You have sent down and also believe in the Prophet whom You have sent. If you die, then you die in a state of natural disposition (fitrah) and let it be the last words you utter.'"

Verily there is no refuge nor safe haven from You except with You. I believe in Your Book which You have revealed and in Your Prophet whom You have sent.

READ 3 QULS
"When the Prophet (ﷺ) would go to bed, he would blow into his hands, then recite into them: 'Say: He is Allah, [the] One.' (Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad), 'Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak.' (Qul A'udhu birabbil-Falaq) and 'Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind.' (Qul A'udhu birabbin-Nas). Then he would wipe with them whatever he was able of his body, beginning with his head and his face, and the front of his body. He would do that three times."
Surah Al-Ikhlas

Reciting Surah al-Ikhlas is equal to 1/3 of the Qur’an
Narrated by Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri R.A
The Prophet (ﷺ) said to his companions, "Is it difficult for any of you to recite one third of the Qur'an in one night?" This suggestion was difficult for them so they said, "Who among us has the power to do so, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)?" Allah Apostle replied: "Allah (the) One, the Self-Sufficient Master Whom all creatures need.' (Surah Al-Ikhlas 112.1--to the End) is equal to one third of the Qur'an."

AYATUL QURSI
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, said, "...Whenever you go to your bed, recite the Verse of "Al-Kursi" (2.255) for then a guardian from Allah will be guarding you, and Satan will not approach you till dawn."
Man dhalladhi yashfa'u 'indahu illa bi-idhnihi.
Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Whoever recites the verse of the Throne (Ayatul Kursi) after every prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death.”

b. recite the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah (2:285-286)

Surah al-Baqarah 2:285
Surah al-Baqarah 2:286
Surah al-Baqarah 2:285

The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and [so have] the believers. Each one believes in Allah, His angels, His books, and His messengers. [They say,] "We make no distinction between any of His messengers." And they say, "We hear and we obey. [We seek] Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the [final] destination."
Surah al-Baqarah 2:286
Lā yukallifu Allāhu nafsan illā wus'ahā. Lahā mā kasabat wa 'alayhā mā iktasabat. Rabbanā lā tu'ākhiẓnā in nasīnā aw akhṭa'nā. Rabbanā wa lā taḥmil 'alaynā iṣran kamā ḥamaltahu 'ala alladhīna min qablinā. Rabbanā wa lā tuḥammilnā mā lā ṭāqata lanā bih. Wa'fu 'annā, waghfir lanā, warḥamnā. Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear. It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned. "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we forget or err. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people."

Recite “Allahuma bismika amutu wa ahya”
The
Prophet (ﷺ)
said, 'When you go to bed, perform ablution like that for the prayer, lie on your right side and say,
If you die that night, then you will die in natural belief (Al-Fitrah). Make these the last words you utter.'
I repeated it before the Prophet (ﷺ) and when I reached "Allahumma amantu bikitabika-l-ladhi anzalta (O Allah, I believe in Your Book which You have revealed)," I said, "Wa rasulika (and Your Apostle)." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No, (but say): 'Wanabiyika-l-ladhi arsalta (and the Prophet whom You have sent).'"
The longer supplication is more comprehensive in meaning and covers various aspects of submission, trust, and belief in Allah SWT. On the other hand, the shorter supplication, specifically focuses on entrusting one's life and death to Allah SWT.
Both supplications are beneficial, and a believer can choose to recite either or both of them based on their preference and the time they have before sleeping. It's a matter of personal choice and the intention to remember and seek closeness to Allah before sleeping.

Blowing over the Palms
Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) went to bed every night, he used to cup his hands together and blow over them after reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas, Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas, and then rub his hands over whatever parts of his body he was able to rub, starting with his head, face, and front of his body. He used to do that three times.
